Zumba
A fabulous way to stay fit, meet friends and have loads of fun! A mixture of Latin dance, exercise moves and intoxicating music, make this work-out simply irresistible. What a way to start the week!

Pilates
Pilates training focuses on core strength and trains the body as an integrated whole. Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. You will find joining one of our group classes fun and inspiring. (Ladies only classes).

Spinning
A fun and intense workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned riders. Spinning workouts are approximately 45 minutes long and incorporates various types of riding technique – you’ll cycle up and down hills and sprint to the next station where you’ll experience heart-pounding and muscle-toning core exercises that are great for your body and heart.

Belly Dancing
This exotic eastern dance provides the an opportunity for ladies to explore a more sensual side to exercise whilst learning an ancient art form. Both men and women have been captivated for centuries and here is a chance for ladies to join a class that breaks down each tantalising movement to create a full routine. It’s a great calorie burner, a superb work-out for the abdominals and you will have a fantastic time! (Ladies only classes).

Circuit & Abs
These sessions are tough, exhilarating, build muscles and zaps calories! The circuit works each muscle in the body and is a great cardio vascular workout. (Mixed class).

Yoga & Meditation
Weather permitting, yoga and mediation sessions will be held in the landscaped gardens around the pool. What better way to unwind, de-stress and be at one with nature than to balance your mind and body on lush grass and blue skies. (Mixed & ladies only classes).

Aqua Aerobics
This ladies only Aqua Aerobics class should really be termed “Aqua Pump”! This 45-minute class gets you pumping with the lively music, gets your muscles pumping with the resistance training and gets your heart pumping with the continual cardio routines. It truly is fun in the sun!

Swimming
Group swimming / water safety lessons for children of various ages are available in the Royal Country Club’s stunning pool which is chilled in the summer months and heated during the winter. Private swimming coaching is also available for both adults and children and may booked at times to suit you.
Kids group lesson package: BD 32 for members / BD 40 for non members * for 8 lessons per month
Private 1/2 hour coaching session: BD 10 for members / BD 12 for non members
* Classes must be purchased in advance of the first session each month and must be completed by the end of each month
